Greetings from Turkiye
We have an interesting story to share with you, this time from Istanbul
Thought-Provoking Session with Nigran-e-Shura and Professional Software Engineers at Lahore’s Arfa Software Technology Park.
Located on Lahore’s Ferozepur Road, the Arfa Software Technology Park stands as a proud tribute to Pakistan's young prodigy, Arfa Karim. She gained global fame at a tender age by becoming the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional, bringing honor to Pakistan. Tragically, she passed away at the age of 16 before reaching the prime of her life.
In memory of this extraordinary young achiever, a remarkable scholarly session was recently held at the Arfa Software Technology Park, organized by the Lahore region of Dawat-e-Islami. This event gathered a large audience, including software engineers, IT professionals, software developers, project managers, businesspersons, and professionals from various fields.
During the session, the distinguished global Islamic preacher and renowned scholar, Nigran-e-Shura of Dawat-e-Islami, Muhammad Imran Qadri, addressed the attendees. He shared insights on how the field of IT can be viewed through an Islamic perspective, the responsibilities of a software engineer from a religious standpoint, and how IT professionals can contribute to the propagation of Islam through digital platforms. He also answered various questions, offering practical guidance on leveraging IT for religious purposes. Additionally, he showcased the digital initiatives and services of Dawat-e-Islami.
Nigran-e-Shura, Maulana Imran Attari, encouraged participants to balance their worldly pursuits with a focus on the Hereafter. He emphasized using IT expertise to support and advance the religious activities of Dawat-e-Islami. Highlighting the scholarly contributions of Islamic predecessors and their impact on society, he inspired IT professionals to take meaningful steps in their fields.
Alongside Nigran-e-Shura, an active member of Dawat-e-Islami’s Shura, Haji Yaqoob Raza Attari, also addressed the audience. He motivated participants to embark on Dawat-e-Islami’s Madani Qafilahs to acquire Islamic knowledge and further their understanding of the faith.
This session served as an inspiring bridge between technology and spirituality, offering practical insights and encouraging the participants to use their skills for the betterment of society and the promotion of Islamic teachings.
