FGRF has established an Electric Relief Fund to assist needy and impoverished individuals burdened by inflation
Inflation, economic hardship, unemployment, low income, and essential expenses, especially exorbitant electricity bills, have made life increasingly difficult for those with limited incomes. The desperation of impoverished families forced to sell household items to pay their electricity bills and the plight of struggling middle-class individuals have made life extremely challenging. Enduring the summer heat without using electricity is also not feasible.
To address this severe situation and assist needy families, the esteemed scholar and spiritual leader, Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Qadri, urged financially stable individuals to help those in need. Responding to the call of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat Ilyas Qadri, the welfare department of Dawat-e-Islami, FGRF, has urgently established the Electric Relief Fund to support needy Muslims.
The funds collected in this Electric Relief Fund will be used to provide relief to needy Muslims by helping them pay their electricity bills. Additionally, FGRF has introduced Electric Relief Packages for those who wish to help the needy. For instance, if someone wants to donate a rechargeable fan and an LED light to a household, the donation package is 5500 PKR. For installing a 200-watt solar system, the donation package is 40,000 PKR, and for donating a 12 kVA UPS, the package is 40,000 PKR.
The purpose of establishing the FGRF Electric Relief Fund is solely to help needy Muslims. If you wish to be part of this noble cause by FGRF, please specify "Electric Relief Fund" as a reference when making your donation so that your contribution is used for your intended purpose.
