یا رَب ترے محبوب کا جلوہ نظر آئے

اس نورِ مجسم کا سراپا نظر آئے

اے کاش کبھی ایسا بھی ہو خواب میں میرے

ہوں جس کی غلامی میں وہ آقا نظر آئے

ان آنکھوں کا ورنہ کوئی مصرف ہی نہیں ہے

سرکار تمہارا رُخِ زیبا نظر آئے

Surely we all desire to see the blessed vision of the Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. For this purpose, we should recite Salat-‘Alan-Nabi abundantly with true love by fulfilling other demands of devotion. اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, one day we will definitely be blessed and be privileged to see the blessed vision of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Abbas رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُمَا has said that the Holy Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated: The believer who offers two Rak’aat on Friday night in a way that in each Rak’at he recites Surah Al-Ikhlas 25 times after Surah Al-Fatihah, and then recites 1000 times the Salat, ‘صَلَّي اللّٰهُ عَلٰي مُحَمَّدِ النَّبِيِّ الاُمِّيۡ’, he will see me in his dream before the next Friday, and the person who sees me, Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ will forgive his sins. Sayyiduna Shaykh ‘Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dihlvi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has narrated: Whoever recites the Salat-‘Alan-Nabi ‘اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی مُحَمَّدِ النَّبِیِّ الۡاُمِّی’ 1000 times on the day of Friday, he will see the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم in his dream or he will see his abode in Paradise. If the aim is not fulfilled in first attempt, then he should recite on the next Friday as well, اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ he will see the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم in his dream within five Fridays.
