Isn’t it a sin to hear others secret conversation? Isn’t it a sin for a wife to disobey her husband? Isn’t it a sin to cut off ties with your mahram relatives without a lawful Shar’i reason? Isn’t it a sin to kill affection among people by tale-telling? Isn’t it a sin to wail, mourn, rip clothes, pull hair, beat chest and utter words of ingratitude upon the death of someone? Isn’t it a sin to harm an Islamic sister without a lawful Shar’i reason and speak ill of her? Isn’t it a sin to keep enmity against Awliya of Allah? Isn’t it a sin to مَعَاذَاللہ speak ill of the blessed Sahabah عَـلَيْهِمُ الرِّضْوَانْ? Isn’t it a sin to keep malice hidden in one’s heart for an Islamic sister?

Dear Islamic sisters! Only few sins have been mentioned above. We don’t know how many other sins will be spread across. And then we still say that ‘What sin did I commit that I am being punished for?’ اَلْاَمَان وَالْحَفِیْظ. May Allah Almighty shower His mercy upon our plight. Aameen

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

How to develop a mind-set of observing patience over calamities?

Dear Islamic sisters! A calamity does not waive off by one’s complaining, mourning and being impatient; rather, one loses the great reward that she would have attained by observing patience. This in its own is a very big calamity. Therefore, whether a calamity is small or big, we should always observe patience strictly.

Moreover, we should adopt such means by the virtue of which, we are able to remove the habit of impatience, we succeed in facing calamities and we are also counted among those fortunate Islamic sisters who observe patience over calamities and pay gratitude.
