Regretfully! Due to a lack of Islamic knowledge, today sitting in a Masajid people not only have worldly conversation in a very shameful and non-serious manner, but they also do many such deeds either deliberately or unwillingly which are contrary to the manners of a Masjid.

Curse of having worldly conversation in Masjid

Remember! For worldly conversation it is Haraam to go and sit in a Masjid. Worldly conversation in a Masjid eats virtues as fire eats wood. This ruling pertains to permissible conversation, but if conversation itself is bad, then it is something extremely terrible. Both are strictly Haraam and bring about severe torment. (Fatawa-e-Razawiyyah, vol. 8, pp. 112)

It should also be remembered! Spreading Fitnah [turmoil] in a Masjid is Haraam and sitting in a Masjid for worldly conversation is Haraam and going to the Masjid for Salah then talking about the world is Makruh. Worldly conversation should not be made without any need in the state of Wudu. If someone has the power to force those who backbite, slander, create problems and are hypocrites to leave [from the Masjid], he should do it provided that there is no Fitnah [mischief], otherwise, he should leave their gathering himself. (Fatawa-e-Razawiyyah, vol. 8, pp. 112)

May Allah Almighty enable us to take care of the manners of Masjid!

اٰمِيۡن بِجَاهِ النَّبِيِّ الۡاَمِيۡن صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيۡهِ وَاٰلِه وَسَلَّم

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب           صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

How can we be saved from Fitnahs [mischief]?

Dear Islamic brothers! Undoubtedly, today’s era is full of Fitnahs [mischief]. With each passing day a new Fitnah is arising. Now the question arises as to how we can save ourselves from these Fitnahs. Some ways are presented below to stay safe from the problems of the present era. Read and try to act upon them:
