In today’s age, there will be many people in the world that have a lot of money and have travelled the world, but alas, they have been deprived from visiting the Holy City of blessed Madinah. Whereas on the other hand, there may have been people who did not have any money or means for travelling to Madinah, but their crying, their true yearning, their continuous praying and their sincere efforts for the Holy visit to Madinah bore fruit. Circumstances changed for the better and eventually, they were also blessed with the vision of the Green Dome and the Holy City of Madinah.

 

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

O Devotees of Rasool! The City of Madinah is such a blessed, sacred and glorious place that whoever goes there, does not feel like leaving because the blessed shrine of our Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم and many blessed monuments linked to the Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم are there. One attains such peace and tranquillity in Madinah that is not found anywhere else. Therefore, if any difficulty arises whilst you are travelling to Madinah or you face any problem whilst in Madinah, you should remain patient and accept it as a blessing, as the Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has given the glad tidings of intercession for those who remain patient upon the difficulties in the city of Madinah.

Virtue of remaining patient upon the difficulties in Madinah

The Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: “Whomsoever comes to Madinah with the intention of visiting me shall be under my safety on the Day of Judgement. Whomsoever makes Madinah his living place and remains patient upon the difficulties in Madinah, on the Day of Judgement, I shall be his witness and will intercede for him.
