Intercession becomes Wajib

The Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated:

مَنْ زَارَقَبْرِیْ وَجَبَتْ لَہٗ شَفَاعَتِیْ

 i.e. ‘Whoever beheld my grave, my intercession has become Wajib for him.’ (Dar Qutni, Kitab-ul-Hajj, vol. 2, pp. 351, Hadees 2669)

سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه عَزَّوَجَلَّ! Just imagine how sacred and blessed that place is by the virtue of beholding which, one gets bestowed with intercession. If one stays there, then he will be blessed with blessings and if he passes away there, then he will become deserving of intercession.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

O devotees of the Prophet! Allah Almighty blessed the city of Madinah with countless specialities. To gain blessings, let’s listen to some specialities of blessed Madinah and create the means to increase the dignity of this sacred city further in our hearts.

14 Specialities of Madinah-e-Munawwarah

1. There is no city on earth that has as many names as Madinah. To the extent that some scholars have written 100 names for it.

2. Madinah-e-Munawwarah is such sanctified city that has most Qasidahs (Odes) written in its love and remembrance and in most languages of the world. This practice is ongoing and will continue.

3. The Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم migrated towards it and resided there.

4. Allah Almighty kept its name Tabah [طابہ]
