The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم came to Sayyiduna Musa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام and informed him concerning this matter, then Sayyiduna Musa عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام again responded in the same way: ‘Return back to your Lord Almighty and ask for a reduction.’ Upon this he صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم replied: ‘I have visited the court of my Lord Almighty so many times that now I have shyness (to return). (Muslim, pp. 87-88, Hadees 162)

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب           صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic Brothers! You have heard that Salah is the gift of Mi`raj and it is the act of worship which was received upon the Night of Mi’raj. We should ponder over this today! How much have we preserved this gift today, and how much importance have we given this great gift? Salah is the coolness of our Beloved Prophet’s صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم eyes. Therefore be regular with your Salah and make Salah a part of your life. Allah Almighty has grand favours for those who perform Salah, and those who pray Salah have been given the glad tidings of Paradise, forgiveness and great reward. May Allah Almighty give us the ability to pray all our Salah with congregation (Jama’at). اٰمِيۡن   بِجَاهِ   النَّبِيِّ  الۡاَمِيۡن   صَلَّى  اللّٰهُ  عَلَيۡهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب           صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic Brothers! On the night of Mi’raj, as the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم witnessed the divine blessings for the obedient people, he also witnessed the divine punishment for the disobedient who were suffering horrifying punishment for their sins.

People Suffering Punishment

It has been related: On the Night of Mi’raj the Noble Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم witnessed people who had certain individuals appointed for them. Some of these individuals were holding the jaws of those people open, whilst others
