The Islamic Institute of Jamia-tul-Madina, affiliated with the Kanz-ul-Madaris Board DawateIslami, is an educational institution that encompasses religious and modern sciences. Thousands of boys and girls are learning not only the Quran, Hadith, jurisprudence, and commentary but also worldly knowledge. At Jamia-tul-Madina Islamic University, students receive free education along with food, accommodation, and medical facilities. There are more than fifteen hundred branches of Jamia-tul-Madina established worldwide, and construction of a new branch is underway in the Islam Kot area of Thar, Sindh. Thar is the most neglected city in Sindh, where the residents are extremely impoverished. To educate the residents of Islam Kot in the teachings of Islam, Dawat-e-Islami is establishing the Jamia-tul-Madina Institute.
