Those who hold deep love and reverence for Ghaus-e-Pak (Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani) express their devotion in various ways by organizing Seerat Ghaus-e-Azam conferences and Ijtimas. In these events, the life and character of Sayyiduna Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani رحمۃ اللہ علیہ, also known as Ghaus-e-Azam, are discussed, highlighting his intellectual brilliance, efforts to revive the true teachings of Islam, reform programs for societal change, sermons and advice to rulers, ministers, and scholars, and his teachings aimed at spiritual and moral education. His role in establishing educational institutions, rehabilitating criminals and those afflicted by social ills, and his comprehensive system of education and training are also presented.

Many books have been written about the miracles (karamat) and the high spiritual rank of Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilaniرحمۃ اللہ علیہ  , also known as Ghaus-e-Samadani and Mahboob-e-Subhani. Even today, theses, books, pamphlets, and journals continue to be published on various aspects of his life. Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani was a manifestation of divine power, and his miracles left the world in awe. His contemporaries, both saints and scholars, acknowledged his sainthood and bowed their heads in reverence. Poems have been written in praise of his lofty status, and writings about his noble qualities continue to this day.

In honor of Ghaus-e-Azam, an annual event called "Ijtimah Ghausia" is held at the Global Madani Markaz, Faizan-e-Madina, where people offer the reward of their good deeds (Esaal-e-Sawab) to him. In this gathering, the great Islamic scholar and spiritual guide, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, Hazrat Allama Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadiri, a devoted follower of the Seerah of Ghaus-e-Azam, shares inspiring accounts from the life of his Sheikh, filling the hearts of the attendees with love for Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani.

This year, the Ijtimah Ghausia will begin on Monday, October 14th (11th Rabi-ul-Aakhir), after Isha prayers. The program will feature Quran recitation, Naat, a special address, a Madani Muzakra (spiritual Q&A session), Manqabat (poems in praise of saints), collective Dua and Salaam. The attendees will also be served Langar (a communal meal).
