In the city of Auckland, New Zealand, under The DawateIslami, a Congregation to celebrate the Night Journey of the Prophet (Isra and Miraj) will take place on February 8th after the Asr prayer.
On the 27th night of the Islamic month of Rajab, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was granted the vision of the unseen, and a tour of the heavenly realms, including a divine encounter. Allah, the Exalted, facilitated this meeting with Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). To commemorate the significance and honor of this night, Dawat-e-Islami Celebrates worldwide the annual celebration of the Night Journey and Ascension of the Prophet, known as "Shab-e-Meraj."
This year, a grand event in honor of the Night Journey of the Prophet ((Isra and Miraj )) is scheduled to take place in Auckland, New Zealand, on February 8th at Masjid Al-Hijaz after the Asr prayer. The program will include the recitation of the Quran, praise and blessings upon the Prophet, a discourse on the significance of the Miraj, and heartfelt supplications. Following the Ijtima, a dinner will be hosted for all esteemed guests after the Maghrib prayer.
