This event is in commemoration of the annual Urs (death anniversary) of the revered Piran Pir Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (رحمة الله عليه), also known as Ghous-e-Azam, (رحمة الله عليه). People from all over the world convene for the Ghousia gathering to honor the life of Ghous-e-Azam and to learn about his religious contributions.
This devotion to Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (رحمة الله عليه) is celebrated annually, and these gatherings occur globally, where his life, teachings, and the impact of his religious services are discussed. In this regard, DawateIslami, a religious and social organization, hosts special events in their religious centers every year to commemorate the Urs of Ghous-e-Azam (رحمة الله عليه). These events are held worldwide.
Adhering to this tradition, a special Ghousia event is organized under the auspices of DawateIslami in the city of Adelaide, Australia, at the Masjid, located at 20-24 Gilbert Street, Adelaide. The program will commence at 7:30 PM. Many devotees of Ghous-ul-Wara, Ghous Pak, who reside in Australia, are expected to participate in this program
