In Islam, leadership describes a person or a group of people who guide and lead followers or mankind from the brink of destruction to the path of Allah. The Quran and the Sunnah are the sources that determine the complete code of life for Muslims, including matters related to leadership.
In Islam, leadership is regarded as a profound responsibility entrusted to those who are in positions of authority over others, whether it be within the context of governance, family, or community. Allah's rules and commandments are to be carried out through the cooperation of leaders and followers alike. Leaders are entrusted with the task of guiding their followers towards fulfilling their duties and obligations as prescribed by Islam. Biography of ‘Allamah Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ
The Spiritual guide, Shaykh of Tariqah, Ameer of Ahl Al-Sunnah, the Honorable ‘Allama Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ was born on the 26th of Ramadan, 1369 A.H. (12th July 1950) in Karachi, Pakistan.
His father Haji Abdur Rahman Qadiri رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was steadfast on the Islamic guidelines and was a righteous individual, overall. He would often walk with a lowered gaze, and knew many Ahadith by heart. He never had a rapacious desire to gather the fleeting materialistic things of this world. He was a disciple in the esteemed Qadiriyyah Sufi order.
Inspiring as a spiritual guide and Supporting Community
Ameer of Ahl al-Sunnah دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ is the Khalifah [i.e. successor].of Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Waqaruddin Qadiri Razavi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه . His sincere, tireless and determined efforts for preaching and practicing Sunnah have guided millions of sinful people to the path of piety and righteousness. And thus, by the grace of Allah, this movement has now spread in over 175 countries.
Ameer of Ahl al-Sunnah دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ had been adorned by religious knowledge right from his youth. The main sources of his knowledge were books and his affiliation with religious scholars, specifically the Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Waqaruddin Qadiri Razavi رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه.
Ameer of Ahl al-Sunnah دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ being an Islamic scholar gained excellent command over Sharia rulings by virtue of extensive study of religious books and the company of the great Islamic scholars. Forefathers of Ameer of Ahl al-Sunnah دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ lived in the village of Kutiyana in Junagadh, India. His grandfather, Abdul Rahim was famous for his virtues and exemplary character. His parents migrated to Pakistan, after independence. They initially lived in Hyderabad, later, moved to Karachi.
