v  For adding diacritic marks in Arabic language for Arab countries, Rukn-e-Majlis Overseas Malik Muhammad Atif Bapu will consult with the Nigran Majlis-e-Tarajim, Rukn-e-Shura Haji Barkat Ali Attari.

v  Rukn-e-Shura Haji Muhammad Azhar Attari should make planning to arrange translator for translating books and booklets into Spanish language. 

Majlis Waqf Amlaak (Overseas)

v  All responsible Islamic brothers of all countries should get their available waqf amlaak (endowed properties) in their respective countries, checked from Majlis waqf Amlaak so that if there is any Shar’i or organizational hitch, it could be solved immediately.

Majlis Dar-ul-Madinah (Overseas

v  Majlis Dar-ul-Madinah overseas should introduce more easy and smooth ways for launching more new Dar-ul-Madinahs abroad, besides fulfilling the other needs and requirements, the expenses Dar-ul-Madinah of 3 years to be collected in advance.

v  All the members of Majlis overseas should celebrate Rabi’-ul-Awwal Sharif abroad this time and also prepare a Madani Qafilah with them.

v  Those preachers who travel abroad for 6 months or 12 months should hire a professional teacher there for learning native language for a little period during the schedule of their travelling, it will help them to increase Madani activities amongst the natives اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ. 

Majlis-e-Ijarah (overseas).

v  In order to strengthen the system of paying salaries in time, Majlis-e-Ijarah will pay salaries itself to the concerned employees belonging to overseas counties for three months.
