Book Name:Aala Hazrat Ka Ishq-e-Rasool
Dear Islamic sisters! The blessed month of Safar-ul-Muzaffar is showering its blessings upon us. This is the blessed month that has a special affiliation with the great leader of Ahl-us-Sunnah, Imam-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, revivalist of the Ummah, A’la Hadrat, Al-Haafiz, Al-Haaj, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Allah Almighty blessed A’la Hadrat رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه with various virtues and excellence. Out of them, his most prominent attribute is his devotion towards the Beloved Rasool In this relation, let’s listen to some faith-refreshing aspects of his Seerah and some Madani pearls.
A’la Hadrat’s Devotion to Beloved Rasool
When A’la Hadrat رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه went to perform Hajj for the second time, he kept reciting Salat and Salam in front of the sacred shrine for a long time with the desire of beholding the Beloved and Blessed Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم; but the first night, he was not predestined to be blessed with this great privilege. On this occasion, he wrote a famous Na’at. In the opening couplet of it, he expressed the hope of attachment to the Merciful Rasool
Explanation of the couplet: Get bloomed O Spring. The spring of springs is about to be bestowed on you. Look! The Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is coming towards the garden.
In the closing couplet, he expressed his humbleness and humility in the blessed court of the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم in the following manner:
کوئی کیوں پوچھے تیری بات رضاؔ
تجھ سے شَیْدا ہزار پھرتے ہیں
In the second line of the above couplet, A’la Hadrat رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه used the word ‘dog’ for himself out of humility. However, out of reverence, the word ‘Shayda’ [i.e. one who has deep devotion] has been written here.
