1. The alāt for the night preceding Friday

Saints of Islam have quoted, that whoever recites this ṣalāt upon the Prophet at least once on the night between Thursday and Friday on a regular basis, then as they are passing away, they will be blessed with a vision of Allah’s beloved Messenger They will even see him when they are being buried, to the extent they will see him lowering them him into the grave with his own merciful hands.[1]

The Companion Anasرَضِىَ اللّٰهُ عَـنْهُ narrates, that Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stated, “Whoever recites this ṣalāt upon me whilst standing, then prior to him sitting; and if he recites it whilst sitting, then before he stands, his sins will be forgiven.”[2]

3. 70 doors of mercy

70 doors of mercy are opened for whoever recites this.[3]
