Urs of Ala Hazrat and welcome of Rabi' al-Awwal

On August 30, 2024, during a spiritually enriching Ijtimah in Hyderabad organized by Dawat-e-Islami in honor of the Urs of Ala Hazrat Imam Ahl-e-Sunnat and to welcome the month of Rabi' al-Awwal, a special address will be delivered by Maulana Muhammad Imran Attari, Chief Executive of the Central Executive Body of Dawat-e-Islami.

A grand spiritually enriching Ijtimah will be held on August 30, 2024, at Bagh-e-Mustafa Ground, Latifabad No. 08, Hyderabad, to commemorate the Urs (anniversary) of Ala Hazrat Imam Ahl-e-Sunnat, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (رحمة الله عليه). Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, a distinguished scholar of Islamic jurisprudence, author of hundreds of books, and the revered Imam of the "School of Love," passed away on the 25th of Safar al-Muzaffar, 1446 Hijri, which corresponds to this date.

This gathering, organized by Dawat-e-Islami, will honor the memory of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, whose religious, scholarly, spiritual, social, and communal contributions continue to illuminate the path of Ahl-e-Sunnat. The event will highlight the life and achievements of Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, a prolific author and master of numerous disciplines, who dedicated his life to serving Islam and the Muslim community. He was a beacon of love for the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم), who tirelessly defended the faith against false sects and misleading ideologies, exposing their erroneous beliefs and guiding the Ahl-e-Sunnat community toward the true path. By upholding the correct interpretation of Sunni beliefs, he united the community and protected it from division, emphasizing the importance of adhering firmly to the example of the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).

Preparations are underway for this grand event, which will take place after Isha prayers on the 25th of Safar al-Muzaffar. The gathering in Hyderabad will be graced by the presence of Maulana Muhammad Imran Attari, an esteemed Islamic scholar, preacher of Dawat-e-Islami, and head of the Central Executive Body. He will deliver a thought-provoking address, reflecting on the significance of the Urs of Ala Hazrat and the upcoming month of Rabi' al-Awwal.
