اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ وَ الصَّلٰوۃُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلٰی سَیِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ^ط

اَمَّا بَعْدُ فَاَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ ^ط  بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّ حِیْم ^ط

The Great Personality of Sayyiduna Imam Ḥusayn رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ 

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا رَسُولَ اللہ                                                                                    وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا حَبِیْبَ اللہ

اَلصَّلٰوۃُ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْكَ یَا نَبِیَّ اللہ                                                     وَعَلٰی اٰلِكَ وَ اَصْحٰبِكَ یَا نُوْرَ اللہ

نَـوَیْتُ سُنَّتَ الاعْتِکَاف  

Translation: I have made the intention of Sunnah I’tikaf.

Introduction to Sayyiduna Imam Ḥusayn رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ 

Dear Islamic brothers! Imam Ḥusayn رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ is a man of great stature. His name is Ḥusayn, teknonym is Abū ꜤAbdullāh and his titles areسِبْطِ رَسُوْلُ اللہ  (grandson of the Prophet) andرَیْحَانَۃُ الرَّسُوْل  (flower of the Prophet).^[1]

1.   The beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: حُسَيْنٌ مِنِّي وَاَنَا مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ، اَحَبَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ اَحَبَّ حُسَيْنًا “Ḥusayn is from me, and I am from Ḥusayn. Allah loves those who love Ḥusayn.”^[2]

2.   The beloved Prophetصَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم  said: “Whoever loves Ḥasan and Ḥusayn loves me, and whoever is their enemy is my enemy.” ^[3]
