What you sow, you will reap

Our Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّمhas said: ‘اَلْبِرُّ لا یَبْلٰی وَلاِثْمُ لا یُنْسَی وَالدَّیَّانُ لَا یَمُوتُ فَکُنْ کَمَا شِئتَ کَمَا تَدِیْنُ تُدَانُ’ i.e. a good virtue never gets old and a sin is never forgotten. The one who judges people’s action i.e. [Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ] will never die. Therefore, be whatever you want to be. As you sow so shall you reap.’ (Musannaf Abdur Razzaq, vol. 10, pp. 189, Hadees 20430)

‘Allamah ‘Abdur-Rauf Manaawi رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه has stated: i.e. whatever action you do, you will be compensated for it accordingly. However you act with someone, that same thing will happen to you. (At-Tayseer, vol. 2, pp. 222)

Rather, if we safeguard someone’s honour, keep everything in our custody safe and return it on time, speak the truth to everyone, respect everyone, think good about everyone, be well-wishers of everyone, then it is
