only rich people, but we must also behave with love and affection with poor people also.

The status of Imam Hasan رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ is such that he is the leader of the youth of Paradise.

he is a high-ranking companion.

he is included in the Ahl-e-Bayt.

he is the son of Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen, Sayyiduna Maula ‘Ali رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ.

he is the beloved son of Sayyidatuna Bibi Fatimah رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا.

The status of Imam Hasan رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ is such that he is the grandson of the leader of both worlds صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

But, in spite of this, he accepted the invitation of the poor people whereas the condition of our society is becoming very strange. If an unambitious Islamic sister attains a worldly post, she becomes very arrogant. After attaining a temporary position in this lowly world, some people begin to feel superior. Some people begin to take pride in themselves. Islamic sisters living in the same household are forgotten as if they were not even related. Relatives are ignored as if they were not ever known. Alas! Some foolish people even begin to look rudely towards those who have done them favours. We should think that after attaining a position, the stairs of pride could potentially drop us into Hell.

Therefore, be wise by adopting humility and humbleness. Remember! If an Islamic sister starts wearing expensive clothes or decreases friendly relations with Islamic sisters due to being busy, even then we should think good of her. We cannot say that so and so Islamic sister has become proud or does not talk to me with a straight face, etc.

Remember! We are not allowed to have evil presumption about any Islamic sister. Evil presumption is a major sin, Haram and an act that leads to Hell. May Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ enable us to refrain from evil presumption and to always be humble. Let’s listen to 2 blessed sayings of the Holy Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم with regards to virtues of humility, for persuasion:
