Book Name:Namaz Ki Ahmiyat
two Salah is forgiven by Allah Almighty.
Sayyiduna Haaris رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ narrates:
Sayyiduna Usman al-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ and we were once sitting. Meanwhile, the muezzin arrived. Sayyiduna Usman al-Ghani رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ asked for water, performed wudu and said, ‘I saw the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم performing wudu in this way. I also heard him saying, ‘The one who performs wudu the way I have and then offers Zuhr Salah, Allah Almighty forgives his sins, i.e. the sins that were committed between Fajr and Zuhr. When he offers ‘Asr Salah, Allah Almighty forgives the sins he committed between Zuhr and ‘Asr. When he offers Maghrib Salah, Allah Almighty forgives the sins he committed between ‘Asr and Maghrib. When he offers ‘Isha Salah, Allah Almighty forgives the sins he committed between Maghrib and ‘Isha. It is possible that he then spends the entire night laying down. When he gets up, performs wudu and offers Fajr Salah, the sins committed between ‘Isha and Fajr are forgiven. These are the virtuous deeds that remove evils.’(Al-Hadith al-Mukhtarah, vol. 1, pp. 450, Hadith 324)
O devotees of the Messenger! The fortunate individuals who offer all 5 daily Salah, are granted cure and remedy from illnesses, due to the blessings of Salah itself. Nowadays, such new diseases are being diagnosed that were not even heard of in the past. Despite spending millions on treatment, these diseases keep increasing. If we act upon the blessed statements of Allah Almighty and His Messenger صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم and start offering Salah punctually, then اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه we can also attain cure from diseases.
The final Prophet صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has stated: اِنَّ فِی الصَّلٰوۃِ شِفَاءً - “There is indeed cure in Salah.” (Ibn Majah, vol. 4, pp. 98, Hadith 3458) No matter whether we are ill or healthy, we should not only offer Salah punctually ourselves, but also make our households habitual of this as well.
