Weekly gathering schedule for 28th November 2024

*    Sunnas and manners: 5 minutes

Remaining Sunnas and manners of travelling

*    Keep a mirror, some kohl, a comb, and a miswak on your person when travelling, as this is Sunna.^[1]

*    When walking on an incline, when climbing stairs, or when your vehicle is going up a hill, recite اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَر.

*    When coming downwards from anywhere, recite سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه.

*    When arriving at your destination, recite اَعُوْذُ بِکَلِمَاتِ اللّٰہِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ  شَرِّمَا خَلَق – “I seek refuge in Allah by His perfect words, from the evil of all creation.” اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه You will remain protected from every harm.^[2]

*    There should be no laziness in offering salah during the journey.

*    If your bus breaks down, then instead of cursing the driver or owner of the bus and ruining your Hereafter, have patience and seek Paradise by busying yourself in dhikr and sending ṣalāt upon the Prophet.

*    When it is busy on public transport and you see a weak or sick person, offer your seat to them, seeking to earn reward by doing so.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                                صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
