Remaining sunan and etiquettes of wearing shoes

*    The Reviver of Islam, the Imām of Ahl al-Sunnah, Imām Aḥmad Razā Khān states:
Whenever you wish to enter the masjid, remove the left foot and place it on the shoe and then remove the right foot and enter the masjid. When you wish to exit the masjid, remove the left foot and place it on the shoe, then take out the right foot and wear the right shoe, and then wear the left one.^[1]

*    Males should wear men’s shoes and females should wear women’s shoes.

*    Someone once said to Sayyidatunā ꜤAˈisha رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهَا, “A woman wears (men’s) shoes.” She رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهَا replied, “The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم cursed those women who imitate men.”^[2]
