Meaning, women should not wear men’s shoes. In fact, in all those matters where
there is a distinction between men and women, they are prohibited from
imitating one another in them. Neither should a man imitate a woman nor a woman
imitate a man.[1]
* When you sit down, remove your shoes as your feet feel comfort in this.
* (One of the causes of poverty is) Seeing an overturned shoe and not putting it the right way up. It is written in Dawlat-e-Be Zawal: “If a shoe remains overturned for the entire night, Satan sits on top of it; it is his throne.”[2]
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Duʿā for ease in the accountability of the Day of Judgement
In accordance with the schedule of Dawat-e-Islami’s weekly Sunnah-inspired gathering, the duʿā for ease in the accountability of the Day of Judgement will be learnt. This is the duʿā:
اَللّٰہُمَّ حَاسِبْنِی حِسَابًا یَّسِیْرًا
“O Allah, make my accountability easy!”[3]
