اٰمِیْنْ بِجَاہِ خاتَمِ النَّبِیّٖن صلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہ ِوَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ

Encouragement for Pious Deed No. 71

Dear Islamic brothers! To increase our knowledge and fulfil our obligation of learning essential Islamic knowledge, we should make a habit of reading Islamic books.

اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه In his 72 Pious Deeds booklet, Mawlana Ilyas Attar al-Qadiri has included reading Islamic books as a good deed to be practiced.

Pious Deed number 71 asks us, "Have you studied the syllabus for lifelong learning?” After this, a lengthy list of literature is given to the reader, giving them a reading goal to aim for in their pursuit of Islamic knowledge and strengthen their faith in the process.

Make an intention today that you will fill out the 72 Pious Deeds booklet, and read these Islamic books.

May Allah grant us the ability to act upon this!
