Sayyiduna Ka’b رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه has narrated: Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ blesses someone in the world with bounties, he then thanks Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ for the blessing and becomes humble for Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ due to this blessing, so Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ gives him benefit from the blessing in this world and elevates his ranks in the Hereafter and the person whom Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ blesses with the bounties in the world and he does not express thanks and nor does he become humble for Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ, so       Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ stops the benefit of this blessing from him in the world and opens a Tabaq (cover) of Hell for him and if Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ wills, He عَزَّوَجَلَّ will torment him (in the Hereafter) or He عَزَّوَجَلَّ will forgive him.

Dear Islamic brothers! Did you listen! How destructive it is to commit the sin of being unthankful following the path of Satan instead of expressing thanks for the blessings Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ has bestowed upon us.

Due to the curse of having no appreciation and being unthankful for the blessings, we not only get deprived of the blessings, but rather this deed may lead us to Hell.

Therefore, we should not only thank Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ in prosperity, but should also protect ourselves from un-thankfulness in times of poverty, tension, illness and troubles, keeping in mind the other blessings of Allah عَزَّوَجَلَّ.
Remember! Keeping yourself occupied with the Islamic activities after being associated with the Madani environment of Dawat-e-Islami, is a best way to get rid of the evil of un-thankfulness.
