Birth and death of Attar’s beloved
Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه عَزَّوَجَلَّ, we are in the sacred month of Zul-Qa’da-til-Haraam. The 21st date of this month is the ‘day’ of Tajdar-e-Madani In’amaat, Haji Zam Zam Attari. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was born in Hyderabad, the city of Bab-ul-Islam (Sindh) on 10th September, 1965 (14 Jumadal Awwal, 1385 AH). At the age of 20 he associated himself with the Madani environment of Dawat-e-Islami. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه included himself amongst the slaves of Sayyiduna Shaykh ‘Abdul Qaadir Jeelani رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه through Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه.
He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه actively used to participate in the Madani activities of Dawat-e-Islami and became the member of the central Majlis-e-Shura of Dawat-e-Islami on 30th October, 2004 [15th Ramadan, 1425 AH]. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه continued to perform Madani activities for many years. After suffering from a disease for a long time on 8th October, 2012, in the midnight of Monday and Tuesday around 11:45 pm he رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه passed away in Bab-ul-Madinah (Karachi). اِنَّا لِلہِ وَ اِنَّآ اِلَیْہِ رٰجِعُوْنَ
Distinguished characteristics of Tajdar-e-Madani In’amaat
Haji Zam Zam Attari رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was a pious and Sunnah practicing believer. He was renowned for his matchless services for Madani In’amaat. He was a paradigm of patience, excellent character, humility and generosity. The distinctive traits like visiting the sick, helping the poor were the part of his personality attributes. He was very gentle. He would make apology to his children and even he would not feel ashamed making apology to his wife. He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه was incredibly obedient to his mother, true devotee of Peer-o-Murshid (spiritual guide) and even ‘فَنَا فیِ الشَّیخ’ and was a true disciple.
He رَحْمَةُ اللهِ تَعَالٰی عَلَيْه had a keen interest in learning Islamic teachings, attending Madani Muzakarah and was a strict follower of Madani In’amaat. His happiness would know no bound when any new book or booklet would publish from Maktaba-tul-Madinah. Not only would he read himself but also encourage others to do so.
