Book Name:Hazrat Essa Ki Mubarak Zindagi
slander against his blessed mother. اللہُ اَکْبَر! It is true that the one whom is granted prophethood by Allah Almighty, his birth is pure and impeccable, and lofty signs of his prophethood become apparent in his childhood.[1]
Dear Islamic brothers! We also learn from the words of sayyidunā ʿĪsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام that offering salah, paying zakat and being good to one’s mother are long-standing acts of worship, and the preferred way of the noble Prophets عَـلَـيْهِمُ الصَّلٰوة وَالسَّلام. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه! These are such beloved acts of worship that the pristine shari’a has commanded us to carry them out.
So, it is unfortunate that the masjids are empty and the places of vice are full; people are making excuses when it comes to paying zakat; those eligible of receiving zakat are wandering from door to door. Why is the mother, beneath whose feet lies Paradise, treated badly? What has happened to the Muslims? When will our masjids become full again? When will the number of people offering salah increase? For how long will we display laziness in paying zakat? How long will this continue for?
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! In this manner, various miracles manifested at the hands of sayyidunā ʿĪsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام, but there are some miracles that became renowned. Let us listen to some details regarding them.
When sayyidunā ʿĪsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام announced his prophethood and displayed his miracles, the people requested him to fashion a bat. So, he made the form of a bat from the soil, blew into it, and it began to fly.[2]
