Book Name:Siddique Akbar Ka Kirdar o Farameen
Bakr رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ injured caused the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم to become extremely emotional.
Amīr al-Muʾminīn Sayyidunā Abū Bakr رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ said, “O Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! May my mother and father be sacrificed for you. I am fine; it is only my face that is slightly injured.” The very day this event transpired, the mother of Sayyidunā Abū Bakr رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ—Sayyidatunā Umm al-Khayr Salma—and Sayyidunā Amīr Ḥamzah رَضِىَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا accepted Islam.[1]
Dear Islamic brothers, whilst engrossed in love for Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, the first caliph of Islam Sayyidunā Abū Bakr Ṣiddīq رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ endured great trials in order to propagate Islam. This exalted preacher of Islam sacrificed everything out of love for Allah and His Messenger Despite facing such hardships, he did not worry for himself and only remembered his beloved In a state of restlessness, he only sought to find out about the state of the beloved Prophet
Think for a moment! Look at the love and devotion of the honourable Companions عَـلَيْهِمُ الرِّضْوَانْ. Now think to yourself; how much and what kind of love do we have for our Prophet Do we also have the desire within us to make sacrifices for the sake of Islam? The Companions عَـلَيْهِمُ الرِّضْوَانْ and pious elders رَحْمَۃُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَیْہِمْ اَجْمَعِیْن did not hesitate in sacrificing their lives and wealth, but it is unfortunate that we cannot even sacrifice our time. Remember! Allah helps the one who helps Islam. In verse 40 of Sūrah al-Ḥajj, He declares:
