Loving the Companions, Ahl al-Bayt رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُم, and saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ of Islam is the strongest rope of faith. As long as we hold onto this firmly, our faith will be safe - اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه. If this slips from our hands, then in this world full of trials, safeguarding our faith will become extremely difficult.

We should strive to have profound love for the Companions, Ahl al-Bayt رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُم, and saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ. Make efforts to maintain this love in your heart. Read about their blessed lives, organise gatherings in which they are mentioned, and only befriend those who also love them.

Social media in general is very dangerous, but if you do use it, only listen to speeches given by those who truly love Allah’s Messenger صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, the Companions رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهُم, and the saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ. By doing so, this pure and faith-enriched love will remain strong in our hearts. If this remains strong, we will leave this world with our faith intact - اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه.

Encouragement for Pious Deed No. 59

Dear Islamic brothers! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه Dawat-e-Islami is a direct result of the hard work and teachings of Islam’s saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ.

To increase your passion for acting upon the blessed teachings of the saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ, you should also connect with the religious environment of Dawat-e-Islami! Participate actively in the 12 Islamic Activites! اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه You will receive countless blessings in this world and the Hereafter.

To learn the teachings of the saints رَحِمَهُمُ الـلّٰـهُ, participate in the weekly gatherings of Dawat-e-Islami. The Amir of Ahl al-Sunna has also given us the 72 Pious Deeds booklet, and Pious Deed number 59 is: "Did you participate from beginning to end in the weekly Sunna-inspired gathering?"
