Is it possible to return to life After death?

As for the matter of returning to life after death, it is entirely possible. The Holy Quran contains several events where the dead were brought back to life.

In Sūrah al-Baqarah, it is mentioned that the cow of a righteous man from the Banī Isrāˈīl was slaughtered, and a piece of its flesh was made to come into contact with a dead person, bringing him back to life. Another event in the same sūrah tells of 70,000 of the Banī Isrāˈīl being revived after death.

Prophet Ibrāhīm عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم slaughtered four birds, minced their flesh, and placed them on different mountains far away. When he called them, the flesh flew back, their bodies rejoined with their respective heads, and the four birds were revived. This event is also mentioned in Sūrah al-Baqarah.

Then we have the famous story of the Companions of the Cave, who were followers of Prophet ʿĪsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم. They went to sleep in a cave to protect their faith from the evil of a cruel king. They slept inside 300 years and were revived by Allah Almighty after this.

The dead coming back to life is not impossible. It is entirely possible, and if Allah Almighty wills, it can happen, and indeed it does.
