O people, listen attentively! Be aware! There is no doubt that the friends of Allah Almighty, those who have attained the good fortune of His closeness; they are not overpowered by the fear, awe, or terror of any creation in this world, because their hearts are filled with the fear of Allah Almighty.
They are free from grief in this world and the Hereafter, as Allah Almighty protects them from both these afflictions. They are sincere, firm believers, constantly pious and Allah-fearing. They do not neglect any farḍ, wājib, or Sunna act, nor do they commit any forbidden deeds. For them, there are glad tidings in this world and the Hereafter.
Testimony of their sainthood is present on the tongues of people. Hearts are inclined towards them. At the time of death, angels give them the glad tidings of Paradise. On the Day of Judgement, they will be given this good news.
