Book Name:Maut Ke Qasid
Virtue of ṣalāt on the beloved Prophet
The beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, said:
Whoever recites ṣalāt upon me one hundred (100) times daily, Allah Almighty will fulfil one hundred (100) of their needs—seventy (70) of them related to his Hereafter and thirty (30) of them related to the world.[1]

Intentions for listening to the speech
The Messenger of Allah صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said: اَفْضَلُ الْعَمَلِ اَلنِّيَّۃُ الصَّادِقَۃُ "The best of deeds is a sincere intention."[2]
O lovers of the Prophet! Make it a habit to form good intentions before every action, as good intentions can lead one to Juzˈdise. Before listening to the sermon, make the following good intentions:
* I will listen to the entire sermon to gain knowledge.
* I will sit respectfully.
* I will avoid laziness during the sermon.
* I will listen with the intention of self-improvement.
* I will try to convey what I learn to others.
