Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم finished with salaam and called out to the person in the last row. “O so-and-so!”, he said, “Do you not fear Allah? Are you not aware of how you are praying? Do you consider your actions to be hidden from me? By Allah, I see behind me the same way I see ahead of me.”[1]

سُبْحٰنَ اللہ There has never been anyone who possesses eyesight like this!

Mufti Aḥmad Yār Khan NaꜤīmī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه adds:

This hadith proves many things:

1.   The eyes of the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم can see in all directions, and in both light and dark.

2.   Nothing can be a barrier to conceal something from his vision.

The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was leading salah, and he saw what someone in the final row was doing. There were many rows and people between the two, but this did not obstruct his vision at all. Prophet Sulayman عَلَیْہِ السَّلَام saw and heard ants from three miles away. Āṣif b. Barkhiyā رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه was in Syria when he saw the throne of Bilqis in Yemen. Prophet ꜤĪsā عَلَیْہِ السَّلَام could see what people were eating in their homes, and the grain stored therein.

The Prophet Muhammad صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is the leader of the prophets (so why can his eyes not see what is close and afar, apparent and hidden?).[2]
