about this matter. O beloved Prophet! Say, “Allah will grant life to those bones, the One who created them the very first time. Allah can turn a drop of liquid into flesh and bones, and He can grant these bones life again. Indeed, Allah knows every creation.”[1]
Dear Islamic brothers! Death is certain and so is the resurrection. This is the promise of the most Truthful, the One for whom lying is impossible, and the One who created the world and will destroy it. Then he will give life to us again and hold us accountable for our actions. Paradise will await the righteous, but those who are deprived of Allah’s mercy will enter hell.
The terrifying scene of people rising from their graves
The beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم described the events of the Day of Judgement. It is reported in the noble Aḥādīth that the noble angel Sayyidunā Isrāfīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم is standing with the horn at his mouth. When Allah Almighty will command him, he will blow into it. Its sound will be terrifying and will cause a great convulsion. The stars will fall, and the sun and moon will collide and crumble into pieces. The ground will be in a state of convulsion, like a boat at sea in a storm. Everyone will perish, and the Day of Judgement will be established. The angels will pass away too, and only Allah the Alive, the Self-subsisting will remain. Everyone will remain dead for as long as Allah Almighty wills, until He resurrects the angels who carry His Throne. Then the angels Sayyidunā Jibrīl and Sayyidunā Mīkāˈīl عَـلَيْـهِمَا الـسَّـلاَم will be given life, and Sayyidunā Isrāfīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم will be commanded, “اُنْفُخْ نَفخَۃَ الْبَعْثِ Blow the horn for the resurrection.” When Sayyidunā Isrāfīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم blows the trumpet the
