Encouragement for Pious deed 20

Dear Islamic brothers! Affiliate yourselves with the environment of Dawat-e-Islami in order to develop a mindset of protecting your faith, prepare for the Hereafter, perform good deeds and refrain from sins. Participate wholeheartedly in the 12 religious activities and act upon the Pious Deeds booklet in order to increase your passion for adopting the Sunnah and develop concern for preservation of your faith. Pious deed 20 states:

Today, have you spent at least two hours for the Islamic activities of Dawat-e-Islami in accordance with the schedule provided by your nigran?

Acting upon this pious deed will make you consistent in performing the religious activities of Dawat-e-Islami.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Rulings of a Funeral

Dear Islamic brothers! Here are some rulings regarding a funeral taken from Amir Ahl al-Sunnah’s book Murday key Sadmay. But first, here are two statements of the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم:

1.      When a person deserving of Paradise dies, Allah Almighty is too merciful to punish the people who carry his body, the people following the procession and those who participate in the funeral prayer.[1]

After a believer passes away, the first reward he is granted is that everyone who participates in his funeral prayer is forgiven.[2]
