Book Name:Qayamat Ke Din Ke Gawah
So, whosoever does a good deed equal to the weight of an atom, (he) shall see it. And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of an atom, (he) shall see it.[1]
Sayyidunā Luqmān Ḥakīm رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه was a righteous man of Allah Almighty who was granted great wisdom and intellect. The advice he gave to his son is mentioned in the noble Quran:
یٰبُنَیَّ اِنَّہَاۤ اِنْ تَکُ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّۃٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ فَتَکُنْ فِیْ صَخْرَۃٍ اَوْ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ اَوْ فِی الْاَرْضِ یَاْتِ بِہَا اللّٰہُ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَطِیْفٌ خَبِیْرٌ (۱۶)
“O my son! If evil is the equivalent of a mustard seed in a rock, or in the heavens, or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth; He knows of every detail, ˹He is˺ Most-Aware.[2]
We learn that no matter how minor a sin is and even if it is committed in seclusion, Allah Almighty will reveal every sin on the Day of Judgement. Indeed, Allah is the Knower of every subtlety, the All-Aware.
Witnesses on the Day of Judgement
O devotees of the Prophet! Always remember that Allah Almighty did not create us to be completely unrestrained, rather all our actions are being observed and recorded. The fact that Allah Almighty is watching is enough for some people to refrain from sin. After that, there are more witnesses of our actions who are closely observing our deeds. The scholars state that there will be six witnesses on the Day of Judgement.
