Book Name:Faizan e Syeda Khatoon e Jannat
Another hadith mentions: "She was named Fāṭimah (رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا) because Allah Almighty has freed her and those who love her from Hell."[1]
Two of her famous titles are Batūl and Zahrāˈ. Mufti Aḥmad Yār Khan NaꜤīmī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه explains: "Since Lady Fāṭimah رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا lived in the world but remained detached from worldly matters, she was given the title Batūl."[2]
Elsewhere, he writes:
She was like a flower bud of Paradise; she was never affected by the conditions that women usually experience, and a heavenly fragrance emanated from her blessed body. The Greatest Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم used to smell this fragrance, and this is why she was given the title Zahrāˈ, meaning, 'The flower-bud of Paradise'.[3]
The virtues of Lady Fāṭimah رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا are as numerous as the stars in the sky.
In Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, it is mentioned that the Greatest Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said:
هِیَ بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّی يُرِيبُنِی مَا أَرَابَهَا وَيُؤْذِينِی مَا آذَاهَا
She is a part of me; whatever displeases her displeases me, and whatever hurts her hurts me.[4]
In the 2nd year after Hijrah, Lady Fāṭimah رَضِیَ اللهُ عَنْهَا was married to ꜤAlī b. Abī Ṭālib رَضِىَ اللهُ عَـنْهُ, and in Dhū al-Ḥijjah of that year, she began to reside with him.
