nobody returns from his court empty handed. Let us now discuss one of his amazing saintly miracles.

People with corrupt beliefs came onto the right path

Shaykh Abū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī Qarashī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه explains:

People with corrupt beliefs brought two covered baskets to the shaykh and asked, “What is inside these?” Standing up, he placed his blessed hand on one and said, “There is an unwell child in here.” He instructed his son, sayyid ʿAbd al-Razzāq رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه to open it.

A child was indeed found to be inside. The shaykh picked him up and declared قُمْ بِاِذْنِ اللّٰہ - “Stand! By the command of Allah!”  The unwell child then stood up by divine decree. 

The shaykh then placed his blessed hand on the other basket and said, “There is a healthy child in this one,” and yet again ordered his son to open it. A healthy child emerged and began to walk.

The shaykh held the forehead of the child and told him to sit, which the child did immediately. Seeing this saintly miracle, the previously misguided individuals repented from their corrupt beliefs.

Shaykh Abū al-Ḥasan ʿAlī Qarashī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه also narrated another incident: 

I was once with Shaykh ʿAbd al-Qādir Jīlānī, when a need arose that I had to address. I stood up to leave and tend to it, when the shaykh asked, “What do you want?” I explained how I wanted so-and-so task of mine to be successful, specifically mentioning
