man was elated and took the receipt to his home. After some time, the man fell ill and when he realised his death was near, he requested in his will to be buried with the receipt written by the Imam. When he passed away, he was buried according to his will, but the people saw the receipt on top of the grave the next day. It was written on the other side of it, “The promise of Imam JaꜤfar al-Ṣādiq رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه has been fulfilled (i.e., This man has been given a home in Paradise).”[1]

Dear Islamic brothers! Imam JaꜤfar al-Ṣādiq رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه had good manners and he smiled most of the time. He had utmost respect for the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, such that whenever the beloved Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was mentioned, his faced turned yellow. He always narrated Aḥādīth in a state of ritual purity, he was always engaged in prayer and the recitation of the noble Quran, and he never engaged in useless conversation.[2]
