The harms of committing sins

Dear Islamic brothers! Previously, we discussed the rewards of avoiding sins. Now, let us reflect on the harms and consequences of engaging in sins. Scholars have listed several negative effects of sins, including:

*    Reduction in sustenance

*    Weakening of the heart and body

*    Shortening of one’s lifespan

*    Loss of blessings

*    Weakening of willpower
