اَلۡحَمۡدُلِلّٰھ, with the blessings of Madani Muzakara, countless Islamic brothers have repented from their sins and turned their lives around completely. You should also try to make a habit of watching the Madani Muzakara, and invite other Islamic brothers to do the same. Also bear in mind, there are also other occasions when Madani Muzakara takes place besides weekly on Saturdays only. For example, the twelve Madani Muzakaras of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the eleven of Rabi-ul-Thaani, the ten of Muharram-ul-Haraam, then ten in Zul-Hijja-tul-Haram; in this way, special arrangements are made for Madani Muzakaras all year round.
The Sunnah and etiquette of I’tikaaf
Dear Islamic brothers! The blessed month of Ramadan is fast approaching. Thousands of Islamic brothers perform I’tikaaf for the entirety of Ramadan, and others for ten days. Relating to this, let’s now discuss some of the Sunnah, as well as various manners and etiquette relating to I’tikaaf.
* Firstly, let’s listen to two blessed Hadith of the final Prophet of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم:
1. ‘Whosoever performed I’tikaaf with faith and intending to earn reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.’[1]
2. ‘Whosoever performed I’tikaaf for ten days in Ramadan, it is as though he performed two Hajj and two Umrah.’[2]
* Performing I’tikaaf for the last ten days of Ramadan is Sunnah Mu’akkadah ‘alal Kifayah - an emphasized communal Sunnah. If everyone were to abandon this Sunnah and not perform I’tikaaf in the last ten days of Ramadan collectively, they shall all be taken to
