صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم  ! Inform me of what you saw in Paradise on the Night of MiꜤrāj.”

The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, “O son of Khaṭṭāb! If I remained among you for the amount of time that Nūḥ عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام remained among his people and informed you of the heavenly accounts and what I saw there, their details would still not finish. But, O ꜤUmar! Since you have asked me to inform you about Paradise, then I will tell you about such a thing that I have not told anyone else.

(Listen!) I saw a grand palace in Paradise, the entrance of which was beneath the ground of Paradise and its upper portion was between the ꜤArsh. I asked Jibrīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام, ‘O Jibrīl! Do you know about the palace in Paradise whose entrance is beneath the ground of Paradise and its upper portion between the ꜤArsh?’

 Jibrīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام replied, ‘O Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم ! I do not know.’

I then said, ‘O Jibril! The radiance of this palace is like the radiance of the sun in the world, so at least tell me who will reach it and who will reside in it.’

Jibrīl عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام responded, ‘O Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم ! The person who will reside in this palace is the one who only speaks the truth, guides towards the truth, who does not become angry when someone says something truthful to him, and he dies upon the truth.’

I then asked, ‘O Jibril! Do you know his name?’

He عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام replied, ‘Yes, O Messenger of Allah! It is one individual.’

 I asked, ‘O Jibrīl! Who is that one person?’
