صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers, on the Night of MiꜤrāj, just as the Prophet                   صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم saw the favours of Allah Almighty being showered in Paradise upon the obedient, he also witnessed the various forms of terrifying punishment being inflicted upon the disobedient.

The terrifying consequences for those who backbite and seek faults in others

The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم passed by a group of people upon whom some individuals were appointed. Some of the latter held the jaws of the others wide open, whilst others cut their flesh and shoved it into their mouths along with blood. The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم asked, “O Jibrīl! Who are these people?”

He replied, “They are those who would backbite people and seek their faults.”[1]
