Book Name:Aaqa Ka Safar e Meraj

I responded, “اَنَا مُحَمَّد” (I am Muḥammad).

The angels said, “لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ (This palace belongs to ꜤUmar bin al-Khaṭṭāb رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ).

The Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم   said, “فَاَرَدْتُ اَنْ اَدْخُلَهُ فَاَنْظُرَ اِلَيْهِ، فَذَكَرْتُ غَيْرَتَكَ” (Then, I intended to enter that palace so that I may look at it, but I recalled your honour).

 Hearing this, Sayyidunā ꜤUmar b. al-Khaṭṭāb رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ responded, “بِاَبِیْ وَاُمِّیْ يَا رَسُولَ اللہ،اَعَلَیْکَ اَغَارُ” (O Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم , may my father and mother be sacrificed upon you! Would I ever be territorially jealous from you?).[1]

The greetings of the hoors

Sayyidunā Anas رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ narrates that the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said:

During the journey of MiꜤrāj, I entered an area of Paradise known as “Baydakh”, which contains tents of pearls, diamonds, topaz and red rubies.

The hoors said, “اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَیۡکَ یَارَسُوۡلَ الله (Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah!)

I asked, “O Jibrīl! What are these voices?”

He replied, “They are concealed (hoors) in the tents. They sought permission from their Lord to present their salaam to you. Allah Almighty granted them permission, so they said, ‘We remain pleased;
