Teen Dost

Book Name:Teen Dost

O those who love Allah’s Messenger! We usually spend our time asking ourselves the following questions: what selection of food will we eat today? What will we wear? We may have eaten breakfast, but what will we have for dinner? What does our future hold? How will our elderly life pass? What will our children’s future look like? One business is up and running, but how will we start the next? We have one source of income; how will we open more sources? How will we get a car or a home? We hold thousands of thought like this in our minds, and keep them there day and night, and throughout our entire lives.

On the other hand, we have our Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم himself teaching us, that whoever leaves all these worries behind, focuses only the Hereafter, begins thinking about how to succeed in the grave, how to be successful on the Day of Judgement, how to safely cross the Bridge of Ṣirāṭ, how one will enter Paradise, and what to do to please Allah; if a person does this, then Allah will suffice him for each and every one of his worries and concerns.

Yet, whoever does not make the Hereafter their only concern, and instead remains engrossed in worldly thoughts, then Allah does not care for which valley they die in.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Dear Islamic brothers! If only we would accept this reality now, and become those who worry about the Hereafter, take out time for good deeds, and spend as much time as possible in acts of goodness.

اٰمِیْنْ بِجَاہِ خاتَمِ النَّبِیّٖن صلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہ ِوَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ
