just offer Nafl Salah, and then these Nafl Salahs will become Fard (Salahs) there. (Mirat-ul-Manajih, vol. 2, p. 307)

Encouragement of Madani Muzakarahs

Dear Islamic brothers, if we stay attached with Dawat-e-Islami, the Madani movement of the devotees of the Prophet, then offering Nafl Salahs, seeking Islamic knowledge and keeping oneself engaged in worship at all times will become easy for us.

Just now, we have heard regarding the Nafl prayers and acts of worship to be performed in the month of Rabi’ ul-Aakhir. اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه in the first 11 days of this month, after Isha Salah, the renowned programme of Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ, ‘Madani Muzakarah’, is broadcasted live on Madani channel. In this programme, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, ‘Allamah Maulana Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qaadiri دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ  provides guidance on all aspects of life by means of answering questions. All devotees of the Prophet should make the intention to watch or listen to the Madani Muzakarah and encourage others to do so too.

‘Madani Dars’ - One of the 12 Madani Activities

Dear Islamic brothers, one of the 12 Madani activities of the Zayli Halqah is ‘Madani Dars’, which is a very effective way of seeking and spreading the knowledge of Islam.

With an exception to some, to deliver a Dars from any of the book or booklet written by Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ in the house, Masjid, office, market, shop, etc., is referred to as “Madani Dars” according to the organisational terminology of Dawat-e-Islami; especially from the following books:  ‘Faizan-e-Sunnat’ volume one, the following chapters of ‘Faizan-e-Sunnat’ volume 2 - (1). ‘Backbiting – a cancer in our society’ and (2). ‘Call to righteousness’, and the chapter ‘Faizan-e-Namaz’ from the third volume of ‘Faizan-e-Sunnat’.

Madani Dars is a beautiful Madani activity because of which one gets to:

   *attend the Masjid regularly,
