اِنَّا لِلّٰہ Parhnay Ki Barkatein

Book Name:اِنَّا لِلّٰہ Parhnay Ki Barkatein

Those who, when a calamity befalls them, say, “We only belong to Allah and to Him alone we shall return.” These are the people upon whom there are blessings from their Lord and mercy.  And these very people are the rightly guided. [1]

سُـبْحٰـنَ الـلّٰــه! Dear Islamic brothers! The people of Allah Almighty have a unique way of doing things. It is difficult to remain happy at the time of a calamity. At times, even if we try to avoid it, the heart is overcome with sadness and the eyes fill with tears. This is fine, but we must show patience. Therefore, whenever we are faced with a difficulty or hardship, we should not make a scene, tear our clothes, pull our hair or complain, rather we should show patience and recite اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّا اِلَیْہِ رَاجِعُوْن.اِنْ شَــآءَالـلّٰـه, we will attain abundant reward through this.

Deed which brings about the mercy of Allah Almighty

The final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, “Reciting اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّا اِلَیْہِ رَاجِعُوْن  at the time of calamity is a way to gain Allah’s mercy.” [2]

House of Praise in Paradise for reciting اِنَّا لِلّٰہ

My son Sinān passed away, and when we were burying him, Sayyidunā Abū Ṭalḥah Khawlānī رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه was standing at the edge of his grave. When the people had left after the burial, I also intended to leave, but he رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَـلَيْه took hold of my hand and consoled me by saying:

“O Abū Sinān, shall I not tell you of some good news? Ḍaḥḥāk informed me that the final Prophet صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم
