by disgrace and ruin. Allah Almighty will subject them to His wrath, causing them to be destroyed.
May Allah Almighty grant us ability to respect His righteous servants with all our hearts and allow us to remain firmly attached to their noble ways.
اٰمِیْنْ بِجَاہِ خاتَمِ النَّبِیّٖن صلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہ ِوَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ
صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد
Dear Islamic brothers! Everybody knows they will die one day and face consequences for their actions. Yet, many people forget what Allah Almighty and His Messenger have told us. They turn a blind eye to the possibility of being punished in the Hereafter. Despite receiving countless blessings, they persist in sinning day and night. As a result, dangerous diseases and newfound problems arise in our society.
Such people should look back in time and see how previous nations were punished. Some of the Banī Isrāˈīl were evil in their ways. Despite their uncountable blessings, they openly disobeyed Allah Almighty and His Messenger Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم. Sinning constantly day and night led to them experiencing an especially painful punishment.
Let us get an insight into what this punishment comprised of.
How Firʿawn’s followers were punished
Whilst the magicians had accepted Islam, Firʿawn and his followers remained stubborn in their disbelief. Allah Almighty then showed them some of His signs, as Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم had made dua in the following manner:
O Lord! Firʿawn spreads much mischief and rebellion across the land. His followers have broken their promise. Punish them in
