And place your hand towards ˹beneath˺ your arm, it shall come out bright white without any illness as another miraculous sign.^[1]-^[2]

The Companion ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbbās رَضِیَ الـلّٰـهُ عَنْهُمَا explained, “The light that radiated from his sacred hand was as bright as the Moon at night and as radiant as the Sun during day.”^[3]

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                     صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Important lessons we can learn

Dear Islamic brothers! We can learn many things from the real stories we have just heard.

1.      We see that Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم was extremely compassionate and caring towards his nation.

2.      He faced immense persecution in the path of Allah Almighty. Yet, he remained steadfast and patient throughout this.

3.      The blessings of being around with righteous people are profound. Due to being around Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم, the Banī Isrāˈīl attained many bounties and had various difficulties alleviated.

4.      By the power and permission of Allah Almighty, people can resolve difficulties and fulfil needs. The Banī Isrāˈīl sought help from Mūsā عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلاَم whenever they had problems, and he took care of them.

5.      Those who become enemies of Allah Almighty’s righteous servants and disrespect them; such misfortunate people become surrounded
